Aurum is a personal finance tracking tool that allows users to manually enter and organize financial information including income, expenses, savings, debt, and net worth. Aurum is not a bank, financial institution, investment advisor, or credit reporting agency.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All content, design, code, and branding associated with Aurum and Aurum Labs LLC are the exclusive property of Aurum Labs LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our services without written permission.
Aurum Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Aurum Labs LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

The Aurum free plan requires no payment and is not subject to refund requests.
If you have subscribed to Aurum Pro or any paid tier, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. Refund requests made after 7 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Aurum Labs LLC.
To request a refund, contact us at support@aurumlabs.org with your account email and a brief description of the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Aurum and all content provided by Aurum Labs LLC — including but not limited to dashboards, projections, budget breakdowns, debt payoff estimates, savings rate calculations, and net worth summaries — are intended for informational and organizational purposes only.
